Daycare -unlimited use

  • Childcare offered: Monday through Friday at the 5 and 6 p.m. classes, as well at Saturdays at the 9 a.m. class 
  • Required for service: In order to use this service you must: 
    • 1. Sign a waiver for your child (only need to do this once)
    • 2. Sign up for childcare on your Triib app by 9 a.m. the day of (week days) you want the service.   By 6pm on Friday for Saturday

M4G On-Ramp Course

We have a new On-Ramp Course begin the first Tuesday of every month.

This is a 6-day/2-week course for those who are new to CrossFit (less than 3 months). You will learn the basics of CrossFit in a small group setting before joining everyday CrossFit classes.

Your sessions will focus on teaching the following:
 
  1. The nine foundational movements of CrossFit 
  2. The fitness pyramid 
  3. CrossFit workout methodology and WOD types 
We will have instruction and coaching on movements each class, followed by a class workout.

Our January Classes are:
  • January 3rd @ 7pm
  • January 5th @ 7pm
  • January 7th @ 10:30am
  • January 10th @ 7pm
  • January 12th @ 7pm
  • January 14th @ 10:30am
