We have a new On-Ramp Course begin the first Tuesday of every month.
This is a 6-day/2-week course for those who are new to CrossFit (less than 3 months). You will learn the basics of CrossFit in a small group setting before joining everyday CrossFit classes.
Your sessions will focus on teaching the following:
- The nine foundational movements of CrossFit
- The fitness pyramid
- CrossFit workout methodology and WOD types
We will have instruction and coaching on movements each class, followed by a class workout.
Our January Classes are:
- January 3rd @ 7pm
- January 5th @ 7pm
- January 7th @ 10:30am
- January 10th @ 7pm
- January 12th @ 7pm
- January 14th @ 10:30am
We ask that you are able to attend a minimum of 4 of the 6 classes - thank you!
