This is a 9-day/3-week course for those who are new to CrossFit (less than 3 months). You will learn the basics of CrossFit in a small group setting before joining everyday CrossFit classes.
Your sessions will focus on teaching the following:
- The nine foundational movements of CrossFit
- The fitness pyramid
- CrossFit workout methodology and WOD types
We will have instruction and coaching on movements each class, followed by a class workout.
